thrakkes, Hero Lv216 in Mardia: no issue as things seem normal.
But what is not normal is the ridiculous drop rate of christmas boxes, I am sure it should not be that high, so I don't bother farming them as much as you guys :P I might try get a few boxes for Shade before they get nerf if it happens. I dont need them very much on Hero.
On characters that I am able to get all 3 the Winter coupons, they seems to have about the same amount. To me they are 33% chance.

Joined thread title: (Possible Glitch?) Santa’s Shining Gift Glitch
I have been noticing that certain classes are getting better odds of certain things from the Santa’s Shining Gift Box, and I wanted to be sure with people who play either Kanna or Hayato (possibly Jett).
I have opened thousands of these boxes and have gotten neither of these items once, while I still see plenty of other people who just happen to have plenty from opening boxes. I just wanted to be sure there wasn't some glitch going on with certain classes and the boxes concerning Hayato, Kanna, possibly Jett as well, any class that has no connection with KMS whatsoever, that might be preventing them from getting the full benefits of the events taking place.
Are there any Hayato or Kanna classes here that have never gotten the following items from the Santa’s Shining Gift Box?

I had this problem last year also. If you have maxed out your diligence you will not receive any Lucky Winters from the Red Santa Boxes...Please fix.

Also my Kanna has over 100 Lucky Winters. I did not get them on my DrK or my Xenon last year. This year I have opened enough boxes on my DrK to confirm that I still don't get them. I will have to test on my Xenon. Both my DrK and my Xenon have maxed Diligence.

What makes you think it's diligence?
I have this problem and I do have max diligence, but I also have all other traits maxed, as well as all inventory tabs.
In previous threads it was speculated (but ruled out) that level 200+ is the problem.
And someone said that sometimes restarting Maple helps to resolve it. But I don't know whether that is truly the case or those characters never really had the issue, they just had a temporary run of bad RNG.
I think that unless we have proof of the exact cause, we should just stick to describing the problem, and let Nexon's programmers try to figure out what causes it.

Want to also confirm it cannot be due to maxed dilligence. I have maxed dilligence and receive all three types of buff coupons from the box.
It may be helpful for people with this problem to keep posting any additional info they can though, and see if there is a pattern amongst those who experience this issue.

THERE IS NO link between the rewards unrecievable from boxes for certain players in coorelation to dilligenece/level/etc. I have had this problem for two years if anything it is class related or some weird coding for classes. gg had me for a second with the diligence thing. restarting maple? lol absolutely ridiculous means of a fix. nexon had plenty of time to investigate this and I don't think they even know what it is so im not expecting a fix. o well 1.5x drop can be easily obtained otherwise

How are you so sure it has to do with Diligence?
Ashley does not have max Diligence and she is in the same boat I am.

I don't have max Dili. My Dili is at lvl 85 now and I didn't get anything. My Zero only seemed to get 2 Lucky Winters. O.o
I am thinking this is a lvl requirement into getting the Santa Sleds and the Lucky Winters...

I need someone else to confirm but on my Demon Avenger, I don't recall getting a single MP gingerbread potion (kinda makes sense since they have no use for it).
If that is the case for all DAs, the possibility of this bigger issue being related in some way to classes is very likely.

Nice that DA's don't get MP potions (would have been nice if my Kanna didn't), but I don't think the bug is class-related. I have the bug on my Hero, but my buddy's Hero (in Reboot, if it matters; mine is in Kradia) is fine.

I am a Lv217 Hero, in Mardia, maxed every traits. No issue with any item. Same for my Shade, no trait at max, who is now Lv203.
No one can tell what is going on with their Lucky Winter. Probably a trap for people who farmed a bunch of boxes XD Cuz I have never farmed this much.

So there are still issues regarding certain loot not being obtainable from the boxes under certain conditions.
Please look into this Nexon. Certain people, for whatever reason, are not able to get Lucky Winter Buff and Santa Sled Mount 7-Day Coupon from the Shining Santa Box

I admit that I have farmed many boxes on many characters. I did not bother to farm on my Xenon this year because last year I remember it had a problem. My goal is to expand my inventory on as many characters as possible for free =]. So many boxes to open T.T

Despite that this event is nearly over, it would be nice if the issue itself was still looked into. At the very least, for next year, in case we do this again.
