it just have been removed from Rewards Shop after glory came.
And other players just reset purchases.
This is so serious that I can't play games smoothly.

    It's not removed. It seems to be an ongoing issue for some people where certain things have disappeared or have an improper remaining count.

    I know this does nothing to actually help you or your issue, but just know that others are having this same issue with different items.
