Bug type: Item functionality

Brief bug summary: The coin disappears without rewarding the player 200 million meso, with a message saying "You cannot use that coin."

More details:
Character was created less than 3 days ago (which keeps you from selling things in AH and using meso market, might be related?)

Steps to reproduce:
Complete the Extreme Breakthrough challenge for level 210
Claim Inkwell Coin
Click Inkwell Coin
It will disappear without rewarding you 200 million meso

Character name: Ridiculous

Character level: 210

Character job: Angelic Buster

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: Around 10 AM PST, November 24th

    The coin worked just fine for me, seems this problem is more hit-or-miss than a blanket "does not work".

    Got my burning character to 220 and have completed the breakthrough missions but now it will not give me the 200 million mesos for each coin all it says to do is to double click

    Just clicked the last two coins a few days ago, and those worked. So it must either be related to the character being new, or it's something entirely random or caused by server lag.

    Still looking for my first 200m back though.
