If I delete my burning character...

If I delete my burning character, will I be able to create another one? I created a new Cleric and leveled it up to Lv. 31, now I want to create a different class but I am wondering if I will be able to select the next one as my burning character if I delete the current one.

    Kan I also remove my burning char that i made to lvl 200 or is it to high?
