Name Didn't change

I bought a name change for my Bera character, MagicWeasel1, to change it to MagicWeazul, but my name still hasen't changed. How long do i have to wait? It was supposed to have changed on Oct 27th. If something happened that my name can't change, can i at least get a refund? Cause $10 worth of something that I didn't get is expensive.

    Nobody's name got changed on Oct 27, due to "complications".
    Nexon said the names will be changed in this week's maintenance (Nov 3rd).
    We'll see.
