Disapparence of Superior and Solid gollux ring

I had memory lost so the background was transparent. I was trying to put my rings into the storage, before i relog in again to fix the problem, while having memory lost because i thought that they would still transfer over into my storage. But when i relogged in and checked my storage, both my rings were gone. I even checked the character that i placed them in and they were not in my inventory either. Now I don't know what to do with this situation so that is why I am submitting this so that i can hopefully get my superior and solid gollux rings back due to memory lost.
