So lately i had this bug that i could not level up my skills , its super annoying i created 5 more charecters and the same issue happend .

    Just to make sure :
    At what level does that start happening?
    Does it happen right away from lvl 10 on a new character or is it after 4th job advancement where you need Mastery Books to level up skills past 10

    Are all those characters different classes?
    Is it a new account created after the v213 update?

    Yes , this account was created after the v213 update . Because my first charecter is a burning charecter , every new one i make is automatically lvl 10
