Thunder Breaker Class - Tidal Crash Bug

Casting the skill Tidal Crash mid-air should be able to animation cancel any skill you're currently casting. However, this is not the case at the moment. Currently, the skill is bugged and casting Tidal Crash mid-air will lock you from doing anything mid-air and use Tidal Crash immediately as soon as you land on the ground. Tidal Crash has been bugged for 3 years ever since Thunder Breakers were revamped. Steps to replicate : Use Thunderbolt and jump at the same time. Then at mid-air, cast Crashing Wave. You will be locked in place until you land on the ground, and use Tidal Crash right after you land on the ground. Expected Outcome : Flash jump, use Bolt Anchor and Crashing Wave right after. You should be able to land on the ground freely wihout casting anything as soon as you land on the ground.

    Is this still bugged? Watched KMS, looks so fluid that I want to play this class, but not if it doesn't actually work in GMS :(
