A fury totem\2nd PC are a smaller improvement if you have the option to use a link skill that increases the spawn amount and frequency.
lv1 - 10%
lv2 - 20%
lv3 - 30%
The optimizing players can still squeeze another 10% with a second PC, but the general population can just worry about getting their Kanna to 210.
Or, how about splitting the buff to 2 link skills, between 2 characters?
Hayato: increased spawn amount [10%/20%/30%]
Kanna: increased spawn rate [10%/20%/30%]

No one "flies in". There is an overseas team in Korea. There is a different team for each non-kms service region. There are no local developers for any region outside of South Korea.
