[Masteria] Sure Enough - Unreachable Location

This is the fourth quest in the Masteria questline and upon leaving the portal without finishing the quest, I am unable to access that same location again. I've tried: forfeiting quest, talking to original quest giver, navigation, searching for hidden portal.unknown.png

    Under your lightbulb quests, search for a quest titled [Masteria] Resume the Adventure!. It should be near the bottom of your lightbulb quest list.
