Bug type: Achievements

Brief bug summary: [Area Exploration] Rien achievement will not be awarded despite having gone to every area, with the game acknowledging that I have done so. It has been this way for quite a while, account-wide. I have traveled to every map again to try and trigger the achievement on several characters, but it will not work.

It is marked as incomplete, despite saying that I have traveled to 20/20 maps.

Date and time of the incident: 12:08 EST 7/10/20 (has been this way for at least a year)
