[Web] error loading main website

Current issues with loading the website on specific browsers/os browsers.

Android + Chrome = MapleStory.nexon.net keeps redirecting to http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/rise/surgeofpower. Clicking continue to main page just reloads the page.

Windows 10 + OperaGX = page is just a black blank page.

    Android/Chrome: Wait a few moments after the page loads. The cookies aren't registering, causing the page to forget you've visited the microsite

    Windows 10/Opera: Press CTRL+F5 to hard reload the page cache, or otherwise clear your cache and cookies

    Thanks, worked for the mobile page.

    I'll try the cookies clearing on my pc the next time I need to grab another marvel code.
