PSOK bug?

I was trying to PSOK my old fafnir anicent bow to sell on the AH but i get a notification saying "This item cannot be used".
everyone i talked to said it should work. so i don't if they changed PSOKs or if i'm using the wrong type of scissors.
i hope i can get some incite into whether or not this is a bug or i just don't understand something.

ps. the PSOK was bought using reward points

    Permanent Fafnir weapon acquired from previous tera burning event is intentionally permanently untradable.

    Yeah thanks for the help. I figured it out on my own. Just suck that i can't sell my bow RIP.
