Add a reboot server#2 don't let reboot#1 transfer

As title states maybe it is time to have a 2nd reboot server that is a complete clean start and no one is allowed to transfer from reboot 1 into reboot 2 servers, I think it is about that time =D

    That won't solve anything as nexon will just pile on mistakes on the new server anyway. You don't even play reboot, all you've been doing is posting BS to rile up reboot players because you obviously have nothing better to do.

    This will literally change nothing with the current Reboot server. This seems like a lot of work and resources used on new players that don't even exist yet and probably never will.
