Combo God quests not showing

I am doing this new event, but the quests for the Combo God set do not appear. I got the ones for the boots and cape, so where are the other 4?

Also, the 3333 buff triggers is not being counted on the Quest Helper, but it is in the Quest Info Window

Is anyone else having this problem?

    [Combo God] Helmet: Available from August 5 at 12:00 AM UTC.
    [Combo God] Gloves: Available from August 12 at 12:00 AM UTC.
    [Combo God] Armor: Available from August 19 at 12:00 AM UTC.
