All Kritias quests no longer exist in quest tab

I can not start the Kritias prequests on my main character, nor see if I have any of them completed or not. I double checked all my quest tabs (Available, In Progress, Completed), and even checked the filters to list all quests, and none of the quests listed there have the "[Kritias]" tag attached to them. It is as if they were deleted and no longer exist. Additionally, none of the NPCs in Kritias, both inside the main town, and outside throughout all the different barracks/outposts, do not have a lightbulb, book, or closed book anywhere above their heads. The only person that does is Dame Appropriation. I don't know if this is an actual bug or something because it feels like as if the whole content/area is inaccessible on my main. My other characters/mules, however, can access the questline no problem, but it's only my main that is locked from the content.

    What level is your main? It's possible that you have visible quests set to "My Level Range" instead of "See All Levels" and that your main outleveled the recommended level range. If you set it to "See All Levels" then you should be good to go.

    This is also a problem for my Paladin, I have been walking around the area and scouring my quest tabs to find a lead but it seems impossible to actually start the quest. Did you ever find a solution to the problem?
