Unable to reveal potential?

Bug type: Visual (Likely, I assume the stats are there I just can't see what is being applied)

Brief bug summary: Revealing potential still shows it as hidden.

More details: It charges me the mesos, but doesn't show the stats. everything is still hidden. Trying to reveal the item again just tells me it cannot be done basically. Also seems to only be gear that has dropped on the ground, as everything I get from boxes/rewards with pot seems to reveal fine.

Steps to reproduce: Literally can't unproduce it, I've tried relogging but it seems to only be an issue on my end, as I've asked other players.

Character name: Revadenz

Character level: 58, has been happening since level 30

Character job: Adele

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 9:30 PM EST Nov 18th.

I've attached a picture of what the items look like AFTER I have revealed the potential. No idea how this started happening, I was able to reveal my items from the level 30 equipment box, and now I can't reveal anything.

    I had the same issue on Reboot. All my equip drops after the update show as "Hidden Potential"

    I was able to reveal the potential on other characters on the same account.

    This is happening to me and a few of my guildmates as well. I'm a Shade and they are a Mercedes and Adele. The Mercedes and I are burning characters. My character name is Rünè in Reboot

    This seems to only apply to items acquired after the patch, they also do not show the usual aura when they are on the ground (blue/purple/ yellow). I also noticed on one item I acquired after the patch that had hidden potential when I revealed it the basic hidden potential stayed listed as hidden, whereas the bonus potential was visible (at least one line was, the rest ran off the box).

    Items acquired before the patch even when they did not have their potential revealed can be revealed without issue, and will have the little glowing aura of blue/purple/ yellow when they are dropped on the ground.

    Only seems to affect newly acquired items since this patch. I acquired an item with hidden potential and I can see one line of the hidden potential (can't seem to screen shot now so I can't post a photo of it). Items acquired prior to this patch with potential that is not revealed will have their potential display properly when it is revealed though.

    It also doesn't list the rank of the hidden potential, nor does it show the little blue/ purple/ yellow aura around these items when they first drop on the ground or when you drop them yourself. Old items acquired prior to this patch do still have the little blue/ purple/ yellow aura around them when they're dropped on the ground though.
