Von Leon Transform Potion in flag race get crash

Sometimes I see people using Von Leon Transform Potion in flag race, client will get crash. Does anyone else do the same?
I found that it is disabled Giant Potion and Delicious Gold Piece in 214 version. Did they forget the Von Leon Potion?

    So far as I know, the reasons that will cause flag race crush is the large population that appears on a small map and internet connection. Pretty sure there's nothing wrong with Von Leon transform.
