The left click on the mouse for reading is far from your hands when you're gaming in MapleStory. I figured there was no keyboard function to fast-forward the texts you read when you interact with NPCs.
I made this thread to suggest adding a keyboard function to fast-forward the NPC texts so you can read and game while you follow the stories in MapleStory at a faster pace.

    Like one tap of spacebar for brown text boxes but for normal text boxes so that people can take time to read instead of skipping.

    This is already a thing. Put NPC chat on "Y" ,Y is converted into "yes" or "accept" while npc chatting, so you'll auto accept all quests if u just hold it down
