Bug type: Quest

Brief bug summary: Normal Magnus prequest 'Edea and Piston' is not available.

More details: Quest chain ends after 'Heliseum Reclamation HQ in Danger' and next quest 'Edea and Piston' isn't available on Kanna(probably Hayato and Beast Tamer as well).

Steps to reproduce:
Complete quest 'Heliseum Reclamation HQ in Danger' on a Kanna, then attempt to get next quest from Piston.

Character name: l3OOSTDD
Character level: 220
Character job: Kanna
World name: Reboot
Date and time of the incident: 2/19/2021

    There should be a lightbulb above your head after you killed the mobs, it can take up to 30 seconds, if after that the quest is still not there let me know.

    yes i did kill the mobs. the quest is still not there.
