Phantom should be allowed to steal Jett skills since they are considered explorers.
I really want to be able to use planet buster instead of cannon bazooka tyvm nexon

    But Jett is an NA exclusive.. which means phantoms in other regions will not benefit from this change... I think that is quite unfair do you not agree???
