please help me error code 38 ... reinstall game , install patch manual and I've tried everything and still I get the same error

    This has also happened to me. I would be on a populated channel, enter a certain map, and the game would crash. This is followed by error code 38 (reached the end of the file). It would mostly happen in Henesys and certain areas of the Free Market, for me at least. When trying to log back on in the same area, same channel, I would crash again. However, when logging back on in a different channel, I am able to avoid the crash.

    Haven't had this problem before he maintenance on the 3rd.

    my operating system is windows 7, this error keeps coming at me like change channels as I said before I returned to reinstall the game, I restarted my computer and still the problem persists do not understand what happens, bad luck mine and just days 5th Job :(

    I think that's just a glitch because when you re-enter the map that the person in the invisible chair is in, chances are the chair will display properly.
    OP: I got Error Code 38 too, but that was when I Hyper-Tele'd to Henesys using the tele list (not via World Map) on Broa Ch 14(??)
    I usually play on Ch 15, but I was doing Pianus Runs and stopped at 14.
