Why am I being taxed for NX Prepaid?

This just happened today, I recently purchased an NX prepaid card, and now I'm being taxed for it?
I wasn't taxed for it last week when I bought prepaid and now I am?
Why am I being taxed?

    After further investigation, due to Canadian Bill C-10, digital economy businesses, including Nexon, are now being taxed for HST.
    I understand that this is out of your control but we need notice for this Nexon...
