Title says it all - currently there's only three methods of obtaining summoning sacks, and only personal transformation potions can be made. These are enjoyed by all and add to the fun of MS. Please include as part of events or implement new ways to obtain.

I find it hard to believe someone can be griefed by summoning a few slimes/toy trojan horses that cause 1 damage. These items add to more fun in afk/hangout spots in town and add to the community. Do you have any actual critical thoughts on why these shouldn't be brought back?

Except people don't use them where they cause 1 damage. They use them at new character areas to enjoy watching "noobs" die.
And they use transformation potions to, for example, kick AFK people off their chairs - chairs that are intended to serve a purpose (such as accumulating coins, counting time, or avoiding potion-lock mobs).
