Why this event instead of Celestial?

In the spirit of Nexon's new communication initiative, can someone from Nexon explain why this Goo Event was chosen instead of Celestial?

The community made it pretty clear we wanted Celestial, so did Nexon not see that? What happened?

    I'm guessing you'll get an event similar to Celestial Festival after Goo Island ends, so stay tuned.
    You can estimate there's another event before Maple Live update (currently KMS have) comes to GMS.

    Of course I'm not an employee of Nexon, so what I said might not be accurate.
