    no any GM help ? only Kaydenzz character can't login

    If only a single character is stuck you should contact support and see if they can teleport your character out of the map or otherwise unstick you.

    im send ticket and now 2 week , no happen with my character . How long i can play game ?

    If you can log in to other characters, try changing the resolution and putting the game in full screen with default chat (not outside of window)
    I had a character who couldn't log in but it worked after changing the resolution on another character.
