How can i achive emerald earrings ?

Hello it seems that mobs dossent drop it anymore or i just cant find it on internet, where can I achive emeeald earrings or any of this emerald earrings ( red, black, emerald) in game? In reebot .
Also i figure out some of the party quests in the party quests map are not workin at all and some of them is out of dated, also why?
Anyways its not that im taki break and something happend i always playing and i just figure it out now.
Anyways i wanna anvil those kind of earrings and i cant find out where to get them at. Thanks

    Apparently the Yakuza Boss drops these. The others you mention are from pre Big Bang though.
