Brief bug summary: Certain monsters have inconsistent names across different variants, limiting the number of options we have when it comes to farming them for the Monster Collection.

More details:
In the spirit of fairness, I'll only make comparisons to KMS and MapleSEA (mostly KMS) when it comes to these inconsistencies. Admittedly, this is a minor issue, but it might as well be addressed. Some of the monsters in question include:

1. Mithril Mutae

Mithril Mutae has a few different variants (Magatia, Mu Lung Dojo, and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). However, the Magatia variant is named "Mithril mutae" (with an extra space and lowercase m) instead of "Mithril Mutae".

Note that while "Mithril mutae" is what shows up in the Monster Collection for this mob, it may be more consistent to unify it to Mithril Mutae.

2. Wild Kargo

Wild Kargo has a few variants (Sleepywood, Tower of Oz, and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Mirror World variant is named "Wild Cargo" instead of "Wild Kargo".

3. Homun

Homun has a few variants (Magatia's Zenumist Research Institute, Romeo and Juliet Party Quest, and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Mirror World variant is named "Homuns" instead of "Homun".

4. Saitie

Saitie has a few variants (Magatia's Alcadno Research Institute, Romeo and Juliet Party Quest, and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Romeo and Juliet Party Quest variant is named "Cyti" instead of "Saitie".

5. The Three Chronos-es (Chronos, Platoon Chronos, Master Chronos)

There are a few variants of each Chronos (most notably Ludibrium's Clocktower, the Dimensional Crack Party Quest, and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Dimensional Crack Party Quest variants are named "Cronos / Platoon Cronos / Master Cronos" instead of "Chronos / Platoon Chronos / Master Chronos".

6. Chao

Chao has a few variants (Ellin Forest, Mu Lung Dojo, and one of Pollo's Bounty Hunter portals). The Pollo's Bounty Hunter variant is named "Tchau" instead of "Chao".

7. Rombot

8. Red Dragon Turtle

Red Dragon Turtle has a few variants (Leafre's Dragon Forest, Monster Park, and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Monster Park variant is named "Red Dragon Turtles" instead of "Red Dragon Turtle".

9. Desert Rabbits

This applies to two mobs: White Desert Rabbit and Brown Desert Rabbit

White Desert Rabbit has a couple variants (Ariant and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Ariant version is named "Desert Rabbit (F)" instead of "White Desert Rabbit".

Similarly, Brown Desert Rabbit has a couple variants (Ariant and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Ariant version is named "Desert Rabbit (M)" instead of "Brown Desert Rabbit".

Note that while "Desert Rabbit (F) / (M)" are what show up in the Monster Collection for this mob, it may be more consistent to unify them all to either "White / Brown Desert Rabbit" or "Desert Rabbit (F) / (M)".

10. Giant Blackheart

Giant Blackheart has a few variants (Dimension Invasion and Zero's Mirror World dungeon). The Dimension Invasion variant is named "Giant Darkheart" instead of "Giant Blackheart".

Note that while "Giant Darkheart" is what shows up in the Monster Collection for this mob, all other instances refer to this mob/boss as "Blackheart" (including the Blackheart pet from Hilla and the mini Blackheart mobs summoned by it. Therefore, it may be more consistent to change the name to "Blackheart" rather than "Darkheart".

11. Riche

Riche has a few variants (El Nath's Dead Mine, Monster Park, Mu Lung Dojo, and the Silent Crusade Mystic Gate). The Silent Crusade Mystic Gate variant is named "Lich" instead of "Riche".

12. Pillaging Fire Boar

This one is slightly different from the rest above. This monster has two variants (Twilight Perion and Monster Park), and both monsters are incorrectly named "Pillaging Fire Boars" instead of "Pillaging Fire Boar".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Hunt any of the incorrectly-named versions of mobs for Monster Collection. You will be unable to add them due to MC requiring an exact monster name match.

Character name: irrelevant

Character level: irrelevant

Character job: irrelevant

World name: Bera (applies to any world though)

Date and time of the incident: May 21, 2020 at 5:00 PM EST (but this issue has existed for years)

    Here's a few more inconsistent names for your list. The Winter Bard story in Grand Athenaeum has some Tower of Oz monsters with variant names.

    * Ice Valley has Blue Volcano Bugs named "Volcano Bug".
    * Ice Valley III has Ancient Beetles named "Giant Beetle".
    * Snowy Mountain I has Ancient Blue Turtles named "Mountain Turtle".
    * Snowy Mountain 2 has Blue Insectivore Slimes named "Insectivore Slime".

    That one is consistent with KMS; they basically don't want us to farm Tower of Oz monsters within Winter Bard. Not a fan of that decision personally, but I won't classify those as bugs.

    Going to move on from this thread, as I've opened a more updated thread here.

    So far, Mithril Mutae and the two Desert Rabbits were fixed.
