Mount Medal quests total count stuck at 0

Brief bug summary:
Total mount counts for mount medal related quests don't match the total amount of mounts you have in your collection and is stuck at 0.

More details:
Ever since the mount quests got glitched the count has been stuck at 0.

Steps to reproduce:
1)Had any of the mount medal quest in progress before the mount count reset due to the glitch.
2)Add a new mount to your collection and the count will be stuck at 0/10, 0/30 and 0/50 respectively

Character name: Rhyuein

Character level: 246

Character job: Kain

World name: Reboot NA

Date and time of the incident: 12/10/2021 ~11:24 AM PST

    This was supposed to have been fixed during the December 9th maintenance.
    Have you obtained a new mount since then, and gotten the same 0/10, 0/30, and 0/50 notification?

    Yes I have obtained a new mount after the December 9th maintenance, yet my total mount count is still at 0/50.
