Confusing instructions - unsure what it means

Look at the release notes for V230. It says:
Day 54 - Permanent Thunder Flower Fox Mount Coupon: Tradeable within account, 7-day duration. Mount provides Hyper Teleport skills for 90 days (Cooldown: 30 minutes).

My questions: Is it permanent, 7 day, or 90 days?

    The coupon used to obtain the mount has a 7-day duration. The mount itself is permanent. The mount provides a hyper teleport skill for 90 days after the coupon is first used.
