Destiny Pre-Registration Error

I'm unable to submit the destiny pre-registration. When I click Get Gifts, I follow the prompts to login and then it brings me back to the same page. Then if I click Get Gifts again I get a message saying 'An error has occurred, please try again later.'. I tried yesterday and again this morning, on different browsers, logging out and back in, clearing cache, but nothing works. Has anyone found a solution for this?

    Try disabling adblocks, VPNs, and anything else that might confuse the system.
    If it still doesn't work, please make a Customer Support ticket at http://support-maplestory.nexon.net

    I have same issue as BigBiscuit and i have disabled adblock also i dont use VPN services. I really wanna claim the rewards, i really hope there is some solutions for this.
