Mihile: Royal Guard doesn't work.

Bug type: skill functionality

Brief bug summary: Royal Guard simply doesn't work.

More details: after logging on to my Mihile after the Destiny patch, I found that Royal Guard doesn't work at all. No matter what I do (tried remapping the skill, double clicking it from the skill menu, re-equipping my gear, rebooting the game), the skill simply refuses to come out (no animation, no cooldown, it's as if I'm not pressing anything at all)
