[Skills, Wind Archer] WindArcher cannot max skills

Wind Archer is missing 1 SP in the first job meaning unlike every(?) other class in the game, it cannot max all of its skills.

    I had the same issue, and I contacted support to get it fixed.

    Still worth mentioning as it's a bit silly to ask every wind archer to make a ticket.
