Job Advance bug - Cannot procceed !

Hi, I have a new Magician level 35 which I cannot promote to 2nd job cause of a unfinnished quest from level 10.
No quest at Elinia...
and when I click Job Advance on top it sends me to Athena Pierce @ Henesys..
don't want to level up to gain nothing before I get next job.
What should I do ? Stop playing ?
