Currently on the last step to face tengu of the mushroom shrine tales, but game bugs out and won't let me talk to him. Never had this problem before

    No purple bars

    More details:
    There are no purple bars and no quick time event because there are no purple bars
    (Tried it on two characters, one has already completed even)

    Steps to reproduce:
    Do the shrine quest line and get to the tengu boss

    Character name: kawaiifpm

    Character level: 134

    Character job: F/P Mage

    World name: Reboot

    The purple zone is missing for me too, playing on a new explorer in reboot aswell

    So i was doing the quest line then went to fight Tengu the Purple Ring wasnt showing up so i said screw it and left to do some leveling and when im like oh maybe its fixed go back to it and hes saying
    "The Trial will only be offered to those who prove their wothiness"

    No prompt to do the fight and the only lightbulb quest that pops up sends me to mushroom shrine anyone know how to fix it?

    PS. cant forfeit the quest to restart the section and tengu just says that over and over

    Is there an update?
    I spent hours on this only to reach the final fight and waste another hour not realizing why the purple color is not showing up!
    I'm hitting the space-bar (harvest) but to no avail.

    There is yet to be any update as of today. 7/4/2022 at 4:24pm CST. This is extremely disheartening Im sure to not just myself but other maplers as well.

    same for me; please fix this ASAP I literally spent hours to clear this storyline and I got stuck because of the bug happened 2 weeks ago and never fixed.

    It is not going to be fixed until the next patch - there's already been an announcement stating such. There's 0 use in continually telling them it doesn't work, they're already very aware of it.
