Can't login to main character at character screen

After the crash yesterday (7/22/2022) I'm unable to login to the character that I was playing during the crash.
I've been saving up for ~6 months for shining starforce and it looks like i'm going to miss it if not addressed quickly.

Any help would be appreciated. I've opened a ticket already with support, but that has been unhelpful.
