[Quest] Missing Hero: Nine Spirit Egg did not drop

Brief bug summary: I'm on the quest The Missing Hero - Dragon Squad's Mission. I need the Nine Spirit's Egg to proceed, but it did not drop after Horntail (Normal). This has happened twice on Aug 1 and 2.

More details: I got the Nine Spirit's Egg the first time I fought Horntail, then went to accept the mission. I was able to get to the dragon's nest but did not hit the egg to hatch it. Afterwards I was not able to go up again (because I need the egg in my inventory). Have fought Horntail twice after that and did not get the egg either time, so I'm stuck with the quest.

Character name: thelrose

Character level: 205

Character job: Fire/Poison Mage

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: August 3 around 1:30am PT, August 1 around 9-10pm (less sure).

    Forfeit the quest and re-accept it. It usually fixes that.
