This was supposedly fixed in a recent patch but I'm still unable to complete the achievement on my Dual Blade. The required quest 'Spy Training, Complete' is not available to me and has beginner pre-requisite quests which are also unavailable to me. Please help/fix.

    Your best bet is to complete those tutorial quests on a new Dual Blade character.
