Quest BUG:I can't receive another Metamorph Potion

When I did the quest "Hieizan Temple Investigating Hieizan" I disconnected, then I trid to receive another Metamorph Pontion from Ayame, but she always said that "Semms you already have the Metamorph Potion". I can't go to the map again and I can't beat Princess No, please help me....

    I believe you have the potion in your use inventory its not a one time use item
