Unable to use the "New Maple Leaf 2022

I get a message: "You can't use the item right now because there are too many players. Please try again later."
I have tried many times, with this strange error message.
Please advise

    Same. I have been unable to open my New Maple Leaf Boxes. Some advice would be appreciated.
