Game crashes every time I double jump/flash jump

Hey people, new here but I've searched everywhere online hoping someone had the same problem as me and couldn't find an answer or anywhere.

I've been playing fine for weeks, but last night I opened the game and every time I went to flash jump on my Jett the game completely closes out. I could get on, and walk around like normally, but the second I go to dash the game completely crashes. I thought maybe it was just jett's skill that broke, so I got on my Lara and the same thing happened!

The game crashes whether I only use my controller or only use my keyboard. I thought maybe it had to do with my steam controller config, but since it happens on my keyboard as well I'm not sure at all.

IDK if anyone can help or relate, but here's hoping. if you have any more questions or advice, please put anything here. Really want to be able to do my dailies while the burning event is going on.

    Hi Mapler,

    I'm sorry that you are having problems with crashing. Have you tried repairing your installation or reinstalling the game?
