The Next Legend medal can't be claimed

I have characters over level 200. Still I can't claim The Next Legend medal neither on them nor on my mule from Dalair. It's buged since v227 update.

    I've noticed the same issue, though it's apaprently a bug that has not been reviewed in the last patch. Unless those medals were removed without prior notice.

    This is still bugged as of today. Did they just decide to remove the ability to obtain these?

    Nexon, can we please have confirmation about this issue? Are the medals actually REMOVED or are they still glitched?

    Alas, according to the v.231 patch notes, the quests to gain those medals were indeed removed.
