Can't exchange Black Cube Fragment

I have 4 Black Cube Fragments left in my inventory and it doesn't let me exchange for spelltraces (1:1)
I can see the popup window telling me untill when I can use the fragments but after I want to proceed from there, nothing appears.

    Fixed the issue when using the exact amount of Black Cube Pieces and the Bonus Potential Cube Pieces, players were unable to exchange to Spell Traces.

    It's not fixed.

    On a different account I had a character with 3 Black Cube fragments. I was able to exchange them for spelltraces, however the character with 4 Black Fragments is still unable to exchange them for Spelltraces.

    hey whats up with this problem of loging me and my friends out of the game , we are bossing or in the middle of something in game and all of a suden logs us out for no reason , it happens a few time per day every day , its getting fustarding we spend time and money on this game for it just to log us out , and it says sorry unable to connect to server , please try again later , why , you guys dont make enough money off of us to keep a simple game running straight. i dont want to sound rude but come on , put yourselves in our shoes .
