Compensation for Unscheduled/Extended Maintenance
Hello, I am wondering what is the current compensation rule for unscheduled / entended maintenance? If I have precious usable items expired due to such events, am I able to claim them back? Pretty sure the support team was happy to handle such case before. It seems nowadays the general compensation box is aimed to cover all losses? Appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this. Thanks
