Heizan Temple - Skill key binding and Pick-ups

As of this post, I am unable to actually use the Ayame's skills after binding it to any key on my keyboard. The only things I can do is Jump, Harvest/Interact and Attack. To complete this questline I just clicked the Skills directly with my mouse.

The other issue is that I am unable to pick-up or even use a pet to collect the Matsuyama Family Mirror to complete the Heizan Temple Questline

    Im having the same/similar issue, only "Iron Flower Gun - Mysterious Burst" and can 2nd-4th hit of "Gonpowder Blossom - Link" be activated with a keybind.

    I've run into the same issue on two different characters now. Submitted a ticket but no response from Nexon
