Hyper Burning Level 101 Step Up Mission Soft Lock

As the title describes, I'm hyper burning a hero in the burning world and can't progress with the step up mission of starting the event quest. I accepted it as soon as I hit level 101 and was at the level 50 step up mission at the time of accepting.

Help!

    same here, i accept the event early and now im stuck in the lvl 101 of the step up event.

    i even tried making another character and i still cant complete it, nexon better fix this soon and compensate hard

    2 days and still no signs of they fixing it. I tried to open a request but they said "The information that you provided has been forwarded to our game team to investigate further.", I still stuck in this step and even if I level to complete other tasks it'll just make it a lot harder to complete the following steps.

    I was level 116 when I accepted it (leveled up fast in Afterlands) and I'm in the same boat.

    Any chance we can get some acknowledgement from Nexon here???

    Mission: 101 - Step up with an Event! , Complete Wongstraunt event’s ‘[Wongstaurant] Start Off with the Main Menu!’ quest.

    also stuck on this, even made a second character got to 101 still couldn't claim it....they better give us some good compensation for this
