While I don't totally agree with your suggestions on how to fix the class, I do want to support your general request for skill changes. Specifically for Vanquishers charm. Personally I kind of like your idea of bringing it back to a hurricane skill and not a 'charge domain/burst' skill. But more importantly, the mana cost issue needs to be addressed. Sure you can use the skill if Yuki is active, but what about low level Kanna players? They have to rely on mana veins that are way too much of an rng factor to use effectively at (moving) bosses. In my opinion it's flawed gamedesign to introduce a 4th job skill, that can only be used effectively 100 levels later when using a different skill.
