Brief bug summary: Maple Achievement for [Party Quest] Novice at 100% but not marked as completed.

More details: [Party Quest] Novice notes all 10 PQ's as completed, but will not provide the achievement completion noted, no stamp nor points.

Steps to reproduce: Completion of the 10 PQs, excluding Dimension Invasion, prior to New Age patch download.

Character name: ViciousSin

Character level: 235

Character job: Night Lord

World name: Reboot (Kronos)

Date and time of the incident: Continuous Since New Age Patch - noted at 9:00 pm EST on 11/15
