Cant recieve rewards from Identisk Exploration

When trying to claim the rewards the game asks you to type your character name to claim the items. This does not work. I type the name correctly but the game says I havent. This Type to claim system is honestly the worst. Always an issue.

    I found a solution myself. It was to change characters and type that characters name.
