S Rank Nebulite?

So I have seen S rank nebulite on Basil.....but It seems like they don't exist in the game. Why is this? Will Nexon ever put them in the game? I have also seen them in the buy tabs of vendors in fm.

    On the point of the Buy tab, it can list any searchable item, but that doesn't mean they are available. People do that for the sake of it, usually.

    technically you can "buy" any game item with its data on the item list. aha buy tab what a silly feature, silly... silly... silly... maybe for 5th job they'll be released
